Fitness for Women

If you want to get back to shape, get well and enjoy a pleasant and effective sport, you are more than welcome to join the our women's fitness classes.
As part of the lessons, a customized training program will be created for each participant, as well as body sculpting, pilates, with emphasis on proper nutrition and more.
